Webinar Details

In today's highly scrutinized work environment, the repercussions of workplace harassment extend beyond immediate concerns, impacting an employer's reputation and financial standing. Even incidents occurring outside the workplace can have profound effects. When harassment complaints arise, a thorough and well-conducted investigation is essential, as courts have ruled that failure to investigate equates to discrimination.

This 60-minute webinar equips HR professionals with the necessary tools to conduct comprehensive workplace investigations. Attendees will learn a step-by-step process to ensure investigations are methodical, sound, and thorough. Despite HR's specialized training and superior interpersonal skills, many professionals often conduct investigations without a specific methodology. This session bridges that gap, providing valuable insights and methodologies. This webinar aims to enhance your investigative skills, ensuring your company remains compliant and protected.
