Webinar Details

In a Gartner survey designed to identify the most pressing needs of compliance leaders across all industries and revenue bands in 2025, 64% of respondents said that it is a priority to better measure the effectiveness of their compliance program. Yet only 37% of all compliance leaders report feeling fully confident in their ability to do so. The ability to measure and understand the effectiveness of compliance programs is more important now than ever, as the Department of Justice (DOJ) Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs updated its instructions to prosecutors in September 2024, dictating that the need to “assess how the company has leveraged its data to gain insights into the effectiveness of its compliance program.”  To stay ahead of the game, compliance leaders must have mechanisms in place to measure the performance of compliance programs as employees experience them, not after the fact. In this webinar, you’ll learn how to engage employees in real-time feedback and research to assess and understand the effectiveness of compliance programs.
